Tobermory Cruise Line Group Policies
A 25% deposit is due at the time of reservation in order to guarantee your seats. This contract must be signed and returned to complete the reservation. Your deposit is forfeited if the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours prior to your departure date. If you are paying your deposit with a company cheque there must be a credit card associated to your account. Full balance is due 48 hours prior to your departure. The exact number of passengers must be guaranteed at this time. If you do not confirm your numbers 48 hours prior to your arrival, the credit card associated with your account will be charged for the amount of people you have originally reserved for. There are no exceptions. Registered school groups 15 passengers or more are encouraged to contact us for student rates. Tour groups arriving in buses are advised to contact us to ensure parking is available.
*All sales are final. It is the responsibility of the Group Leader/Organizer to contact Tobermory Cruise Line with all deposit, balance and passenger count information 48 hours prior to departure date.
Trips depart on time. Guests are required to arrive a minimum of 45 minutes prior to departure time to register and attend a mandatory safety orientation. Failure to do so may result in Tobermory Cruise Line having to cancel or move your departure to another time or day without notice. Most trips sell out in the summer months – arriving late will not result in any type of refund or credit. Tobermory Cruise Line reserves the right to limit seating and refuse passengers.
